Let delivery of bike booked 160 days back

i am book my bike on 25_4_2011 . he agree to give mi in minimum 90 days. but still they are telling me after 20 days, 2 or 3 times. i also ready to pay full cash but they are not taken, and there is many more bikes retailers are giving me same bike on road at Rs: 10000 extra. then why PRATIK HONDA show room not give mi bike till this month, so pleas take action against my problem and give me a satisfy service. thanks,
