Early battery damaze

Myself P.venkata Dileep kumar brought new honda dazzler bike on 20th september, i got battery problem. for repair i given to the dealer fortune motors pvt. ltd. taranak hyderabad. ingen no. kco9e2008234. there was no proper responce from the show room. they told that they will repairs the battery until now they could not make it.i have asked so many times regarding my problem but they people is not responding my prob. how can a new bike gets battery damaze within 20 days.

please do the needful and necessary action.
