Broken Tiles Delivered

Complaint Against: M/s Jagdamba Sales Corporation. NIT Faridabad. 1F-42, Oppostie Busstand, NIT Faridabad,

Dear Sir,

I purchased a 42 boxes of tiles for my new house being build up in S.G.M Nager. Amount around 7000 was paid and they delivered the tiles. When we opened we came to know that mostly tiles 30% of total were in broken shape. I immediately communicated the same to Mr. Aggarwal, owner of M/s Jagdamba Corporation. However did not respond nicely saying that you would have broken this, so there is no question of replacing the tiles. Having seen the view of tiles, its seems that it was already broken prior to delivery. When I requested to check the remaining tiles which are still in the packed cartoon box, seems to be broken. He responded irresponsible saying this is not our job and you have to bear these cost.

I feel very bad due to Irresponsible behavior of Jagdama Sales corporation
