Sir,
I registered a complaint for leakage in my pureit, a sevice eng. came to check it and took rs.50 from us for a visit to check and identify where is the problem. Then the next he came with the top champer and battery kit and changed it and took rs.1200 and also said that there wont be any problem hereafter. But again there was leakage and we called the service eng. This time he said the bottom chamber has to be changed for which he said we have to pay again rs.450. Without identifying the where the exact problem is the service eng. wants us to pay for what ever he says to be changed. When we complained to customer care the service eng. said he will change bottom chamber with the available demo piese. Now when ever we call the service eng. does'nt picks the call.
If any top customer service is seeing the mesg. pls take necessary action on the service eng. and also rectify the problem in our pureit at free of cost.
