im a retailer of mysore of vijaynagar 2nd stage. and from yesterday 19th dec Saturday my v top up is not seems to be working.

as far as im aware of, its blocked from my executive/distributor purposefully.

so far I have made calls to 9844415844 (manager) 20 times

9844300183 (nodal) 18 times

9844035342 9844744060 Nagaraj (owner of hithen) 25 times

however no one of the above mentioned no are receiving the call and the main purposely planned person to block my no is execituve sathish mobile no 9964858885.

when ever I try recharging any no I’m getting an error as

“ you are not authorized to use this system”

so what I ve decided from my end is, fine however my demo is blocked by executive and distributor purposefully, so you also cancel the connection and refund the amt of Rs 4139/- balance of V Top remaining.

so that I will end all the relations with Hithen Associates and if Idea People are interested in retaining me as Idea retailer, can issue a new demo, but NOT OF HITHEN ASSOCIATES as they provide very poor and pathetic service.
