SIR,

I am using a postpaid connection no. (9718891011) of IDEA from last 2 year and i have paid every bills on time. I am getting precalls for dues from last one year i m unable to dial a call directly to any number every time i have to listen a voice message through idea that my billl payment was due its a major problem i m facing from last 1 year. I have lodged complaint so many times in customer care and services center of IDEA for the same but i m not getting any possotivre response from that side i m very disappointed with IDEA services. Customer Care Executive told me that u have to buy a new connetion but i dont want to change my no. please solve my problem in as soon as possible if ur not responsed to me i will file a case in consumer court for the same.
