CALLING PROBLEM ON STD NUMBERS

R/Sir,

I Naresh Singh from Kannur. I have an idea customer with cell No-9562468485. I faced a problem regarding to STD Calling

. When I dialing the STD code 0761 of Jabalpur (MP) then my mobile shows CALL REJECTED. In this regard I give some complaints to Customer care but no body knows the HINDI and replied me that call after sometimes. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest.
