Egarding deactivate mobile numbe

I have got a call from idea cellular franchise he has told me that idea company has launch a new bill plan by the name of 199 Rs monthly plan in post paid connection. For this you have to give me Rs.500/ in advance with your ID Proof and one photo. Then they sent a person to collect these documents as wel as the money

I had given him both the tings then they have promise me that within three hours they will activate this number. I am surprise that without any veryfication how they will activate it within this time frame. Then they have activated it by four days. When i have personely talked with him after two days they had disconnectd the same number without any valid reasion. When i have called to there customer care number they always told me that his system is not updated. So they are unable to give me the proper information. So now you tell me what is the solution.
