Alance not recieved after sucessful recharge

Dear sir,

i m using idea service.i have recharged my no.(7385202606) with 30 rs on 04/10 at 13.28 from ideacellular site by online recharge. rerf no is MCIT100770231 tran.id is 9720548. but i didn't got balance yet.for that i called to customer care but Mr.hussain (on 05/10 at 11.50) replied me that there was no such information regarding 30 rs recharge & he rudly told that i had not recharged my sim on 04/10 but before hussain i talked with mrs. mayuri she replied me that recharge was done but balance not updated.both executive gave me diffrent information???

so i request u plz do needful action regarding this matter bcoz even after 24 hours customer care is unable to update information hence i didn't got my balance.
