Deduction of charges for the service which was not subscribed or requested

my Rs160/- has been deducted for the Daily rental Plan of Internet for 8 days (20*8=160) since 24 Nov and i have dropped a complaint for that to the toll free no-12345 and customer care executive said that the amount will refund with in 5 days but till now nothing happened n they even stopped picking my phone to 12345 (cust care no.)

Kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible else i will knock the doors of Consumer Court.
