More charges for replacing idea sim card

My idea prepaid sim card is not working properly.so i have gone to replace sim card at kharadi, pune.idea service center have told me charges of RS 110/- for replacing a sim card.its a huge amount than other company like airtel takes 25 RS for the same cause.idea must reduce charges for sim card replacement
