Complain was logged on 9th August and even after 25 days the issue has not been resolved even for small issue like replacement of broken outlet pipe. We have been repeatedly following up with your local dealer to whom the job was assigned but nothing has moved on.
We even contacted Service Manager Mr. Anil hoping that something will happen as he promised me that it will be rectified by 30th of Aug and that he will personally supervise the same. I am pained to report that till now the machine has not been rectified.
It seems like they have become very thick skinned and I am feeling ashamed to report this.
Since we were using IFB Washing Machine, we went ahead with IFB make dishwasher ignoring other make available in Indian Market, but now we really regret this.
Now if it’s not resolved in another 48 hrs, hence forth in future won’t be going ahead with IFB for any replacement or new purchase. Also will ensure same is followed in all of my extended families and friends as well.
