IFB WASHING MACHINE
Lack of service support

I have already complained through this forum earlier. However thre was no result. I am there fore again complaining.

I am Brig M.K. Dewan. I purchased a IFB washing Macine Model 6563 from Unique Enterprises D -79 Malviya Nagar New Delhi on 28 Dec 08 with 4 years of warranty.

the Machine performance was not satisfactory from day one. The Machine finally became defective on 31 Jul 10. I have lodged a number of complaints with IFB call Center at Calcutta I have spoken to the franchisee Mr Rajesh Kaul who detailed a mechanic. The mechanic however has shown his inability since there are no spare parts with franchisee. The IFB Company is at fault if they are not providing the spare parts to franchisee.

How long shall I suffer. Can IFB Company give me an answer.
