I have IFB Washing Machine Model Exe. Recently this started giving problem. The Fine dresses like soft sarees and shirts were getting damaged as the threads are pulled. This resulted in damage to the costly dresses.
I have given complaint on 23/11 and the complaint No is 5462912. A service mechanic by name A.Thirukumaran came after two days. He said that the Drum is defective and needs replacement. He suggested to renew the AMC as the existing AMC was only upto 15/12/10. He collected the Cheque for Rs 1943/= for renewal of AMC from 16/12/10 to 15/12 and promised that the fault will be attended.
But We have waited Waited and no one turned up.
Again I called your Service and asked about the status. But to my dismay they informed that my earlier complaint was closed. I still wonder how the renewal of AMC will rectify the defect.
But Again they were kind enough to book the fresh complaint. The Complaint no is 5622598 dated 27/12/10.
No one visited my house to attend the machine since then. They orally informed over the phone that the Drum to be changed. Most of the time the telephone no 24865661 and the mobile no 9840098951 is not attended.
Please tell me what shall I do now?
