Non supply of refill

My Indane Gas Consumer no 23749.My distributor is KTS agency in Mylapore, Chennai. I had booked for refill on 27-10. I wa told that

I receive on will yesterday (12-11) and I was eagerly waiting at the

entrance of my house. But, I did not get the supply. When iI cintacted

I was told that the gas boy returned back sayiyng that the house was locked and they said that I will get it today (13-11) morning. Again I was waiting at my residence and when I contacted, a lady arrogantly told

me that as she was now only, I will get it on monday and dropped the phone. Is this the way that Indane has taught its staff how to 'BEHAVE' with it's

cuctomers? Ii's shame on the part of the management. They should bow their head before public for having such idiotic staff.
