Retiring the membership card pionts without notifying the custome

I have the inner circle card, which is a membership card offered by the Lifetsyle stores. One fine day when I tried redeeming my collective points I was shocked to know that all the points have been expired without any prior notice to me. When I visited the Oasis centre Lifestyle, Kormangala and spoke to the store manager Mr. Srinivas, he showed utter ignorance and disinterest to my concerns. When I pleaded for a mutual resolution, he bluntly showed disrespect saying Lifestyle does not care losing a customer. I feel helpless, as I had more than 2000 points in my card and It looks there is no justice here.

Now, I am moving to the consumer court, as I can not take this in silence. Whether It helps or not but I have to my part.

If any body in this forum has had the same kind of issues, please let me know. Perhaps a collective effort could be more effective.
