Gas cylinder refill not delivered

I had booked a cylinder refill at Kewal Gas Agency Ambala Cantt. consumer number 20109 on dated 08-03. On 15-03 on inquiring about the cylinder delivery, it was told that it has been delivered on 12-03 but we had not get any delivery. Then we lodged written complaint with agency. Their representative visited my house on 16-03 and told that he has given the delivery at wrong place and would deliver it by evening, in the mean time please sign the receipt slip as agency is taking action against him. I in faith signed that slip, now neither agency is entertaining my complaint and nor I have got the delivery. Please get resolved the matter and take strict action against defaulting person.
