Mismanaged Dealer-Abhyas Indane

I had booked gas cylinder on 25.09.2010 for the consumer nos.1915&3474 in Abhyas Indane Nehru nagar Bhilai. While booking, it was informed to me that the cylinders will be delivered within a week time, but the same is not done till date i.e.13.10.2010.Meanwhile, I was trying to contact them for the status but not getting them. It's a great surprise, that their official no.(2290999) is kept continuesly busy but sometimes in between it is contenuesly ringing and not attended. It seems that they deliberately ignore the phonecalls. It is highly irritating to contact them.

I feel, this dealer, is not interested in this business. Please examine this and take suitable measure to provide due service to custmers.
