Deactivation of Gas Connection

I have a gas connection No D5878 issued by M/s Sunbeam Gas Services, Madanpuri, Saharanpur which was supposedly deactivated because of non-utlization. I had a transferrable job. Now, after retirement, I have submitted all the requisite papers on 4th Dec for activation of the connection but even after a lapse of 5 months, it is not activated. The stock reply of the agency is that the connection is yet to be activated by Noida office. This is despite the fact that gas connections are now freely available a request for which has also been declined by the agency on the pretext of activation of the connection. Thus, I feel harassed as every visit to the agency results in frustration for me and my family. The matter needs to be investigated. There are other several mal-practices which are being indulged in by the agency which the gullible consumers are made to follow. These can also be looked into.
