Cash Counter vs Custome

I have purchased a book and paid money for it at Cash Counter of Himalaya Book Store located near Hyderabad Central Mall, Hyderabad... but the one who is at cash counter has given the remaining amount and given me a used pen as he had no Change to be given to me in return and I requested him to give an another Pen But, He respond rebellious and not given to me.

This is the worst experience that I ever had and I do not wish to shop again..It would be great if you could emphasize The Customer Service other wise... customers perceive your Brand negatively... It had already happened... what kind of Cash Counter People are these guys are?...be aware that customer expects value for money he/she spent.
