Indane gas cylinder

I made an on line booking of Gas Cylinder with Indian oil on 28/12 for consumer number 528396 and it was registered under booking reference number 232971.Subsequently, received SMS on 03/01 reading as under:

" Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 232971 with cash memo 4661"

Surprisingly the cylinder was not delivered even after about 3 weeks and I visited the office of the distributor, R.S. Distributor on 21/01 and was told that the cylinder would be delivered the next day but regrettably the same has not been delivered till today i.e. 26/01.It is just not possible to contact the distributor without visiting their office because the telephone number of the distributor is not ever reachable.

This is a clear case of absolute deficiency of services.

Kindly look into the case and ensure delivery of the cylinder forthwith and save a senior citizen like me from agony and frustration.
