Deficiency of services

We got the maid from above agency in the month of august. She was suffering from Typhoid. We treated her for the same. Treatment was given to her, which costed us approximately 3000 rs. we were given the maid saying she is semi trained and accordingly we were charged money. Though she did not know any house hold chores. She learnt all the work at our house for three months.

She was then called upon by the maid agency on the pretext of Christmas and was not returned to us saying her parents are ill so she is being sent back home. we were promised we would be given another maid in a couple of weeks. We are not being given any maid. Now maid agency is asking us to take back our money (aftr deduction of registration amount and commission of three months). Now I think that the maid who was there at our house has been sent to some other house as trained maid, as she has not reached her home (I came to know about this when I called upon one of the numbers given by the maid).
