Charging me a de activated fee for not buying lpg cyliinder for 6months

My consumer no for 56916 for LPG from Indian Oil Corporation. Chennai.

My gas agency is Maruthi Gas in Annanagar. The agency refused take my booking for refill stating that I have not purchased a cylinder in the last 6 months hence my account has been deactivated.

Was asked to pay Rs 70 for inspection charges.

We are just two senior citizens in the home our consumption is just one cylinder in 5to 6 months, the gas agency tells me that I have to buy every three months otherwise this deactivation will happen every time.
