Gas Cylender Booking Problem

Sir,

This is to complain against Messers Upkar Gas Agency, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. Although it has been widely published in the newspapers, (Dainik Jagran - kanpur edition, dated 8th July) that there is no restriction for booking a gas cylinder before 21 days, yet this agency denies to take any booking before the said time. His telephone lines are always busy or this tone will hear that this telephone is temporary out of order. I have no time to book my gas personally in his office. Some times feels that I am not a customer, but a beggar at his mercy. Indian Oil should atleast keep a tap on their agents who by the years have turned into Mafias, troubling the population who have no private options available, but to suffer at the hands of Govt. Companies. I am scared to give my connection No. in fear of furthur harrassmentsfrom the agency. I hope, Administration should watch and make necessary arrangement to book the gas cylender over phone.
