Struggling to get my refill LPG cylinde

LPG refill delays by Modern Gas agency

I have been struggling to get my refill LPG cylinder from your agent M/S Modern Gas agency for the last 15 days. I have booked a gas cylinder on 24rd of October (last delivery was on 29 Jan) but I have not received my filled cylinder till to date (15 days already over).during the time Holi festival Not only that, the dealer is behaving very badly manner, yesterday I gone to the dealer's office on that time one of the staff said that you can complaint we have no problem and the filled cylinder will deliver after one week only.

This is bring your kind notice that this is very ashamed from your side.

If you have a principle please help me and take the action immediately.
