Cheating by providing wrong information

I have raised an order :112220846 and received the product. After placing the order one of the India times shopping executive called me and offered me for a member ship card, with which I will get discount on India times product and Rs:500/-- discount coupon, which I can use in Big Bazaar shopping mall and one more supermarket (I think Vishal super market). and said there is no other hidden condition. so I provided the credit card details and they deducted Rs 525/, from my account.

And told me like, he hill send the coupon in the same shipment what I have order (112220846).

But till now I did n't received the Rs.500/-- coupon and When I called customer care helpline number their executive told that there is no coupon like that in this offer.
