DISCREPANCY IN THE QUANTITY ORDERED / WRITTEN IN INVOICE BUT NOT THE SAME AFTER OPENING THE CONSIGNMENT

Dear Sir,

I have received the consignment No - 651750 in which the quantity mentioned is 2 but i have received only 1 after paying a sum of Rs 1198 postal charges comission. I am furnishing other details of the order. Please do the needful and send me the quantity that i had ordered for (WHICH IS 2). THERE IS DISCREPANCY IN THE QUANTITY ORDERED / WRITTEN IN INVOICE BUT NOT THE SAME AFTER OPENING THE CONSIGNMENT. This is something that is not expected from india today book club, since i have been ordering stuffs for quite some time.
