My membership no is ITBC0979091. I have booked the holiday package, wherein 12 books were bought. I have received these books. I have also claimed the free gift by logging on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm as insructed.

I was told on the website that i would receive a form within next 15 days max. But nothing has happened since.

Please look into the matter urgently as i am planning my outing for year end.
