India Today Book Club
Non receipt of camera

I have received a email stating by booking a camera in India today book club for Rs 5298/- i will be getting free offer for holiday package and air ticket for any two for any destination in India. Thinking that India today id one of big company i have booked for Kodak camera on 17 nov and amount has been debited from my account. My Membership number is ITBC09155690, booking ID 997510130. But so far I did not receive the camera and i have send almost 60 mails to India today book club (response@indiatodaybookclub.com, order@indiatodaybookclub.com, feedback@indiatodaybookclub.com)

and almost 40 std calls have been made. Every time they are saying their process has been fully completed and they have deapatched the camera on 20th nov 09 by Dart mail courier but so far i did not receive the same. If they have missed the camera why the customer should suffer? Really this company is cheating public and please guide me to get my money back. Also please please give wide publicity about this fraud company.
