Pathetic customer (non) support

I ordered Reebok shoes from India Today Book Club (Order ID 997585171) They delivered the shoes however for same feet and with different sizes. On my complain as directed by their customer support I returned the shoes to following address

The parcel was returned back to me since no one at India Today Book Club accepted it. When I complained again I was told to return the shoes at same address again however this this time they told us to address it to Ms. Arti who was not available to when the parcel was delivered.

When contacted again India Today Book Club asked us to send the parcel to another new address

The parcel has been accepted however we have not heard since from them.
