Not receiving Special Offe

I have purchased Reebok Shoes Roller Coaster through Order no 0GA100014728 dated May 26 and paid Rs. 2413.00. But I didnot receive the special offer. In my invoice it has been given an unique number to claim for special offer of Holiday Package as 145672126A100018418 and in the website http://www.bagittoday.com/promos.htm, it has been instructed to put unique number and my e-mail ID namely miraj77@gmail.com in tow rows. But after entering both correct entries it is showing Incorrect Entries. Therefore, I am unable to receive my special offer of Holiday package.

Henceforth, I sent a mail to ITBC but without any response for last 14 days. I made phone calls to them 4 times but without any fruitful result. What Should i do now?
