Reebok shoes order#997585171 not fulfilled

I ordered Reebok shoes from ITBC in Nov. Pair of shoes that was shipped to me were of different sizes and for same feet. I was instructed by ITBC to return the shoes to get the replacement. First time when I returned the shoes the courier was not accepted by ITBC so the shoes were returned back to us. When I returned the shoes the second time it was not accecpted at the New Sarai office however it was redirected to the Connaught Place office where it was accepted by Mr. Rohit. (Courier details AWB# 12748875893, Date : 26/02, Company Blue Dart). Blue Dart has confirmed that the courier was delivered and they can provided the evidence for the same.

Yesterday I got a message from ITBC customer support that they have not received the courier. This only shows that the communication from ITBC customer support cannot be trusted.

I have requested the ITBC to send me the shoes or process the refund in 2 weeks or else I have decided to go the consumer court.
