Sub-standard quality of so called UCB watch

Dear Sir/Madam,

In reference with the above mentioned subject, I have to state that I have a Vodafone connection (No:9769390599). At the time when I had purchased the connection, I was entitled for a gift from Vodafone under Grab-a-gift (GAG) offer. After the payment of the first bill, I couriered the coupon to Innovative Incentives and Events India Pvt Ltd, Chandigarh. In the following week, I received a United Colors of Benetton (UCB) watch, after examination, I found that of course, the watch has UCB imprinted on it, but it isn't the quality that UCB offers normally, I was not using a UCB product for the first time, everyone knows the quality which a company like UCB offers, Innovative Incentives and Events India Pvt Ltd has compromised with quality. If a watch of the same design is purchased from a UCB store anywhere, there will be a huge difference in the quality from what i have received. I feel cheated. In the process, Innovative Incentives and Events India Pvt Ltd is also affecting the image of UCB

Please look into the matter and take necessary actions.
