Non reciept of survey fee amounting to rs 2.70 lacs since last 3 yrs

Sir,

I have rendered my services as an independent insurance surveyor to your company for about four years from the year 2008. during the period I conducted n number of surveys, out of which my professional fees for only a few cases was released but still an amount of rs 2.7 lacs is outstanding since 2007.

I have reminded your Jaipur regional office/ Kota office number of times and have sent photo copies of pending bills four times. I am sorry to inform that there is no response from their end. I even sent a mail to your customer care center MUMBAI but got no response from them as well.

Sir I would Like to remind you That I am a free Lance Surveyor, whose bread and butter depends on Professional fees from survey jobs done. Now please guide me what I should do to get my hard earned and justified fees.

And in case I don't get any response even now I will be forced to serve a legal notice.
