Dear Sir,

We have purchased Jain Solar water heating system for our home in 14 MAY 200 lit ATC type during installation the s solar tube is break by installer witch is provided by dealer.start leakage from broken tube and system not working satisfaction. We called their service/sales (dealer) people to replace the tube .we call the dealer abhay salase and service oglewade satara maharashtra (avinash madkai-8421651059)

.he dealy last 2 weak to replace the tube .then we call to jain solar main office mrs. chandurkar denies the authority and say this is not company responsibility. contact to dealer bt dealer above mention not pick the call and company not take responsibility;plz help me
