My name is baskar,

am given him painting contract to do that work. sent three times of payment to him.

he was not finish that job and went back his home.

i lose my money and time. if i call this number he is not answering,

if i call from std booth or other phone he lifting after hearing my voice he cut that call.

what can i do with this cheated person... i loose my Rs.67, 000/-... Help me if you find how to catch him
