Item missing

When I made purchase of grocery items from Mallesawaram big bazzar two items were missing when I checked after coming back home. When I went for rectifying it, the customer care people behave rudely and told me that such mistakes cannot happen. When I asked them to show the CCTV footage they told me CCTV of that particular counter was blocked. The guys in the billing counter will distract you by telling you have some offers and you need to fill a form. When you’re busy in that they flick some items
