Dear Sir,
We have lodged a complaint to repair a broken arm of an awning on 17th Aug. This was installed by your company a year ago. I have been constantly communicating with your complaints executive by the name of Varsha. Today it is 9th Sept and still nothing has been done. I can give you a step by step account on the number of times that I have called and each time, I have been turned away with some excuse.
If you are not going to repair, kindly tell us directly. I am extremely fed of calling up Varsha who always says that she will call me back. The last time I spoke to her was 22nd sept where she promised she would call be back at 4 pm. I am still waiting for that call that never happened.
If your company only accepts fresh orders to install and doesn't repair, you should inform us at the begining. If it was a new installation it would have been done by now, but since it is repair, no one is interested in getting it done. I never even bargained for the price of repair costing Rs. 4000/- still it looks like you have enough business that you don't believe in customer service.

One thing is crystal clear, there is NO JOY in dealing with JOY AWNINGS.
