Karbonn, K-770i
Irresponsible Service

Sir,

I purchased a K-770i mobile from M/s Mobily, Statue, Trivandrum (Bill No. 4336) on 21-08-10. As the mobile showed a joystic complaint, I gave it to the service centre (Karbonn Service Centre, Opp. Sub Jail, Attakulangara, Trivandrum-9, Phone-0471-3243726) on 26-02-11 (Invoice No. 5128). They said that I would receive my mobile within 3 days after service. But I have not received my phone till date (20-03-11). They never answer the phone and on personal inquiries they sent me back saying that the mobile will be ready within one week. Now its almost one month and the mobile is still not ready. I am really fed up with the poor and irresponsible service. Also the email id (support@karbonnmobiles.com) shown in booklet received with the mobile is a waste of time as the mails sent to that id always bounces back and the "Contact Us" option in the Karbonn Mobiles Website never allows any message to pass through. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
