Complaint against the result published on 17.02.2010 for RO dealership

I, Sujata, W/O Surendra Prasad Sony, vill - Jogachak, P.O. Kauwakol, Nawadah, Bihar, have applied for the RO Dealership, for Kauwakol, Nawadah, Bihar. I faced the interview for the same also on 17.02.2010. in which I got 2nd rank.

The land produced by the 1st empanelled candidate Ms Rajni Kumari belongs to a trust, and she has produced the registered deed of the same land which is totally false. How the land which is belonging to a Trust in the name of Shri Shri 108 Maa Durga Maharani, can be registered again. Moreover, the same land is being on a lease for a period of 99 years, and the duration of the lease is not completed yet. I have got the land receipt of the same land, that can prove that the land belongs to the Trust.

So, how that land can get registered and be used for opening petrol pump.
