Insufficent service

Sir we did pest control at 21-Jun, The Paramar pest control told us that they will give 10 years guarantee regarding to pest, but within 8 months there is pest in my home. I called him since last 15 days. Also personally I met him at 3 times in his office. but he is not giving me a response. Sir I have approx 25, 000 INR lose if he is not taking any steps and above all of this thing, I think he is not professinoal person and may be there are more people like me but not able to do complain.

So please take require steps and give me proper justification. Also I have bill which mentioned by 10 years guarantee.
