POOR SERVICE & BEHAVIOUR OF FRANCHISEE

We have a complaint of repeated water overflow during night hrs, due to which our kitchen cabinet (wooden) is getting spoiled.

we have lodged repeated complaints with the Service Franchisee "Raj Associates", but they are doing the service casually and are unable to rectify the problem coming every now & then for last about six months.

Lately they have started to misbehave with me for repeated calls made by me for non rectification of problem by them. Please help, we have paid Rs 3550/- for AMC.
