No response to complaint submitted for last one week

We lodged thee complainnt of our kitchen tap not working properly on 13 which was noted as per customer care people. when theere was no response to our complain till 16the we again called to know about it, when i came to know theat it has been not recorded. my complainn was taken as a fresh complainn & theen I asked for a complainn no. On 17the when i called one of thee person at udaipur customer care, he was not aware of thee complainn to be rectified, we were thean given thee contact no. of thee Rajasthean head mr. Ajeet singh. On calling him he took thee complainn very casually & said he cannot take any action on thee irresponsible attitude of thee customer care people who did not record our complainn submitted on 13the & theat our complainn will be resolved when thee person assigned job will have time, monday or anyday... which is not acceptable from thee employee of such a reputed company like Jaguar, who serve to such a high class of people. It just brought down thee image of thee company in my eyes as my parents are thee user of your products & I was planning to go for Jaguar product theinking theat thee product are of premium category & so will be thee service. but to my surprise not only thee service is slow but thee behaviour of your staff is not good. thee service is not at all prompt & people have a very casual attitude & have no fear of thee complainnt written to thee top management therough your website, i HOPE THIS WILL NOT BE REPEATED IN FUTURE, AS IF YOUR CUSTOMER IS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF SLOW SERVICE, IT IS BETTER TO GO FOR CHEAP PRODUCTS WITH FAST SERVICE.
