Didnt receive the free airline round trip tickets and holiday vouche

I had placed an order for 11 Mega Pixels Kodak camera for Rs 4998.00, including handling charges (Rs 699.00) on 30th-Sept-09, which promised a holiday voucher/coupon and free airline tickets of round trip. I have received the camera but not the holiday voucher and the free airline round trip tickets as mentioned. Instead the Invoice mentions that to claim the free holiday voucher gift and the tiockest we have to log on to www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm within 60days of the invoice date but to my surprise the said site does not exist, although when I have tried on several occasions the I am note able to find the site.

When the remittance was already credited to India Today Book Club, why the Holiday Voucher and the Free Tickets were not send alongwith the camera. In this scenario, obviously if you are not able to log on to the site, one is sure to loose the holiday voucher.

There was also a problem before when I ordered a Reebok Gymnasium Kit, I received the smaller shoe size, so tell me when will you replace the shoe.

Take necessary action regarding this matter urgently.
