Pf not settled

Sir myself Neeraj Kumar and i had worked with kotak securities from oct to oct and my pf no. is MH/41586/18847 for which i had applied in Nov. 2011 and it is recieved in pf office in jan.2011.

Till now i not recieved any intimation from their side and still i did not get my pf settled.

Sir i request u to plz look in to the matter or shud i go for some legal action
