Charging twice for product and not returning money

Sir,

on friday, me and my friend bought a single AXE Aftershave Lotion from the store but he charged us twice for single AXE . It was closing time so he told us to finish fast.we moved out of store without checking bill. At room we got to know it was charged twice.

Next day we called him told about it, he told its our mistake not his and didnot behave well and blaming us, we told him to check cctv footage or barcode scanner result but he denied ands keep telling tell u tomorrow and so on its now more than 15 days. We have visited shop twice towards this concern and have called around ten times, we are student of NIT Trichy and college is around 20 km from city so its not convinient for us to visit frequently.

Shop has cctv cameras, bar code scanner and the bill numbers are CA84288 and CA84290 . The store is KUMUDHAM STORE, P.L.A Towers, main road, 11th cross, Thillai Nagar, Trichy-18.Ph-0431-2740507

we request you to take strict action against his misbehave and neglegence.
