I dont recieve my pf ammount after 3 years

myself pankaj rathod i am an medical representative and i was working on merck ltd. (ahura enterprises) before 3 years, and after all i fill and submit my pf reimbursement form before 2 years and i submit all the important formalety attached with my pf form but till date i dont recieve my pf ammount and i have to call on pf office on this no.02224367913 and to mr. patange whose contact no. is 09920121028 but they are always avoid me and misguide me when i calling to them.

sir i will be very glad if u will help me in this matter.
