On 20th of Dec 6PM, I paid Rs 100 for Idea Mobile recharge to Laxshmi Departmental Store, Aundh Road, Ambedkar Chowk, Pune - 20. She showed me the sms with confirmed recharge. But, till 8PM the recharge haven't happened. When enquired, she said nothing can be done. We are not responsible for any such incidence.
- Neither the money got refunded nor the mobile got recharged.
- Also, upon asking for guinine bill, she refused to provide the bill with proper format.
