Dollar General
No Breaks

I am a recent employee of the Dollar General Store in Ridgetop, TN. I have worked there for 6 days and in those 6 days I have only gotten 2 fifteen minute breaks. This company seems unconcerned about the health and well-being of their employees. I am diabetic and I have to have a break so that I can get off of my feet and eat a snack so that my blood sugar stays stabilized. If anyone else has these same issues about no breaks, please e-mail me and let me know. Also, all the other employees, including the managers, smoke and they get breaks, I however, do not smoke and so I feel like they are taking advantage of the fact that I don't need a break because I don't smoke.
