LG Service Centre Refusing to repair phone

“Sabisu” B2, Golden Enclave N, 275, O 184, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 LG Service centre refusing to repair the handset. On 22/04 travelling 7-8 kilometers reached the service centre, a lady at the counter refused to receive the product claiming that the testing battery is not available and asked me to come again after making a phone call. When I requested her to receive the phone and take her own time to repair the handset fell on her deaf ears and she was adamant in her stand. Her acts amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency of service.
